HR Retail Africa 2027 – 2nd Edition
HR Retail Africa returns for its second edition on 24–25 February 2027 at the Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The two-day conference brings together senior Retail HR and people leaders, CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of People & Culture, talent and learning leaders, workforce specialists and retail operations professionals to discuss the people and workforce issues affecting Africa’s retail sector.
The 2027 programme will explore AI and workforce transformation, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce productivity, skills and capability building, organisational culture, HR technology and the changing demands of frontline work.
Through presentations, panel discussions, case studies and networking sessions, attendees will hear practical perspectives from industry leaders and have the opportunity to exchange experiences with peers from across the retail sector.
